They are using robocalls to try & get myself to sign up with them for utility services.
This was some guy that was trying to get myself to agree to giving him my address to come & do a smart meter inspection. Nno idea who they was.
Said they are the local insulation experts, wanting to book an appointment to come & assess our home. Cold calling like that isn't welcomed so much.
ring to my rarely-used mobile at 09:43 on Fri. 22 March 24. Did not answer as caller's numbers not recognised as any of the few who have my mobile numbers legitimately. Suspect unwanted call.

A telephoner state to represent EE offered a suspiciously high 45% discount on the recipient's mobile telephone bill. I felt & sounded potential fraud, the recipient promptly ended the call. Such offers that seem too positive to be true.

ILC LOANS is a scamming company don't have any physical existence in UK. they have their BPO offices in Asian countries like India & Pakistan to trap innocent peoples
I had a ring from this number, telling myself they were a loan organization & I had won some sort of draw & I was entitled to a loan of £800. I told them I don't do loans.
Have received 2 call from the company who claim to be ILCloans. Have told myself I have been accepted for a loan that needs to be sent for affordability check with finwellscores.com or scoresmatter.com. both links failed to give results.

putting on to be a legit arrears help charity (Citizens Advice, StepChange, Money Advice Service etc) preying on people in debt. Will try & get you to take out an individual voluntary arrangement & tell you to pretend to creditors in order to do so. Block numbers & always check the numbers you are being called on / you are calling is actually the legitmate charity & not a scammer. Also please report on here to help others.

This numbers (Manchester code 0161) called with robot voice telling myself my bank credit card had been compromised.. No evidence this is correct. Suspect scam?
The telephoner informed myself I had at least £800 owing to myself from a money sent protection insurance claim that was going to be paid by HMRC. Then they cleverly go on to ask myself to confirm my address & date of birth & email.
