scam numbers trying to sell rubbish I knew nothing about, definitely fraud of some type

Calling to save electricity company if I switch & get a survey done on electricity company savings. Told them not interested, called myself back two times before I could block the number. Don’t answer they get persistent when your polite, just block the numbers & avoid the hassle.

Has called my telephone numerous times. They are very persistent about myself paying a Utility bill, which i have no idea about.

The telephoner is likely a fraudsters the telephoner called my numbers & I live in the United States, I don't know anyone in the UK & don't do any business with anyone in the UK, scammer likely.

Seven call were made in under sixty seconds. I refused the call, then it phoned again in less than a second. Seems auto callback functionality is required for this. I had never idea it was possible to remember someone so quickly.

Calling from a arrears consolidation agency. When I said not interested telephoner told myself to struggle & die with debt, then hang up!

It was an auto-messaging system, seemed like they just trying to phish for my details.

They are using robocalls to try & get myself to sign up with them for utility services.

This was some guy that was trying to get myself to agree to giving him my address to come & do a smart meter inspection. Nno idea who they was.

Said they are the local insulation experts, wanting to book an appointment to come & assess our home. Cold calling like that isn't welcomed so much.

ring to my rarely-used mobile at 09:43 on Fri. 22 March 24. Did not answer as caller's numbers not recognised as any of the few who have my mobile numbers legitimately. Suspect unwanted call.

home telephone tel ring stating from Sky regarding our Sky maintenance contract. Told him immediately, don't have Sky & they is a scammer. they straight away hang up. His scammer tel numbers came from 0161 768 2252. Am calling Sky straight away to let them know.

Wanted to confirm if I had made a purchase, this has never happened before, seemed like phishing.

When I picked up, there was silence on the other end, but I could hear voices & background noise. It felt eerie. Eventually, the telephoner disconnected. After looking up the number, I found it was from the Manchester area & learned that call from it cost 17p per minute for the recipient.

Attempting to sell solar panels under the guise of being affiliated with the DWP, state to offer discounted rates.

A telephoner state to represent EE offered a suspiciously high 45% discount on the recipient's mobile telephone bill. I felt & sounded potential fraud, the recipient promptly ended the call. Such offers that seem too positive to be true.

state to be from Aviva, the telephoner asserted the need to update my Life Policy & offer additional benefits. However, when I began asking questions, the telephoner started making excuses & abruptly ended the call.

Why do these people keep calling myself ? I have no arrears & do not know these people. Over the Christmas/New Year period they have phoned & left voice messages on 8 occasions. Get a life !

ILC LOANS is a scamming company don't have any physical existence in UK. they have their BPO offices in Asian countries like India & Pakistan to trap innocent peoples

I had a ring from this number, telling myself they were a loan organization & I had won some sort of draw & I was entitled to a loan of £800. I told them I don't do loans.

Have received 2 call from the company who claim to be ILCloans. Have told myself I have been accepted for a loan that needs to be sent for affordability check with finwellscores.com or scoresmatter.com. both links failed to give results.

putting on to be a legit arrears help charity (Citizens Advice, StepChange, Money Advice Service etc) preying on people in debt. Will try & get you to take out an individual voluntary arrangement & tell you to pretend to creditors in order to do so. Block numbers & always check the numbers you are being called on / you are calling is actually the legitmate charity & not a scammer. Also please report on here to help others.

The telephoner informed myself I had at least £800 owing to myself from a money sent protection insurance claim that was going to be paid by HMRC. Then they cleverly go on to ask myself to confirm my address & date of birth & email.

It’s the years old O2 scammer where they dispatch you a SMS message & try to get you to read out the code so they can order a telephone on your account. Can’t believe they’re still trying this 1
