I called myself about Gap cover on my car. I claimed that I had filled out a form last month with an enquiry and gave them my permission to ring me. I certainly had not, though I am in process of changing my car. Someone has shared my info and they called me even though my numbers

I called 0820 on Monday 2nd August 2021. I am an ex-directory, and never give my home telephone numbers out. It's used as a broadband phoneline only. I don't know or deal with anyone in the Winchester area, so didn't answer until I could check the numbers out.
The screen was screened, but I could not leave a message. Now, the door is barred.
There is no message left on the phone.
