Curtis has called 2 days running now, putting on they had a meeting booked with a colleague on 9th June - when told this was not true, they went as far to say he'd listened back to ring in which they arranged this meeting with said colleague. A complete pretend - the colleague they is trying to talk to doesn't even deal with the telephone contracts. If this is genuinely 3 mobile, they need to seriously review their practices as Curtis came across as aggressive & needs to be sacked.

Someone calling herself 'Rebecca' from 3 mobile company, phoning about switching business mobile contracts. When told we weren't interested, they responded with a sarcastic "Your loss!" & hang up. Very professional, Three.
