She calls herself Sam or Samantha. She demanded £180 saying it was the final time she would ring then it would go to a dept agency. She stated that we had a policy with National Appliance taken out in 2018. We had two appliances with them but would only mention one. and that was wrong. We have never received any paperwork from this Company and she said that she would not send anything until payment is made. She new my credit card number and wanted the last three numbers NO WAY!
