A woman's robot voice said the ring was about visa credit card activity this morning. Two large amounts had been withdrawn. The ring received at 9.08 on 09Feb 2022.

As they were calling my TPS registered telephone, its clearly a scam. Research indicates that its an unknown ring centre putting on to be Carphone Warehouse. Do not treat numbers as really bad.
This number texted messaged putting on to be my Daughter, stating her telephone had broken and they needed to pay two bills. The number asked for over £13,750 to be transferred.
