This number phoned itself about 10.50am and asked to a person called Mrs. O.S.ine I answer back that their is nobody lives here of that name, and then they hang up.

If the person does not answer the door, I think this may be the telephone of an Amazon delivery driver.
When you try call this number back, it says "1 back" but the numbers are not known.
They say that Amazon is your Prime subscription provider.

After I screened my call with answerphone, and when the message started, they hung up.
The phone didn't pick up in time and there was no message left. It's doubtful.

After I received an automated message informing me they were calling me from my bank and that they had stopped a money transfer to a Western Union account, I began clicking on my keypad to interact with the service. However, after a few minutes of clicking, I hung up.
I don't know anyone or expect a ring from Manchester. They haven't called back so I'm guessing it was an annoyance ring.
