I have been experiencing problems with my internet since last week, and it seems to be a scammer's job to try and fix the problems.
The scammer from a prerecorded message state says they are Amazon and they have a suspicious order on my account for an iPhone pro at over £700. They ask me to press one to talk to someone, but I can't do that.
Someone with a foreign accent called me and asked to confirm my name, then hung up.
I asked myself to turn on my computer so that they could remove access for multiple users, so that ring centre state could be BT Open-reach.
Just hang up when you're answered - be annoying, be rude, and be ignorant.
