Called the business at 1pm on 16 May 2023, but did not say anything when I answered. Just silence, so I hung up.
When I asked who was calling from British Finance, they hung up. I wish people would at least have the courtesy of answering the question, and giving me the opportunity to hang up on them! Then I could give more information here.
Telephoned off when I answered, he phoned me back.
