Called to say my home appliance cover will be discounted. Gave the name of Chris Jones & a contact numbers of 08007789104. Gave him false sort code & account numbers to see where this was going. they asked myself to "confirm" my date of birth also gave him a false date, they miss the fact it was April Fool's day. As they was about to terminate the ring I pointed out the date & said all the stuff I'd given him was false & hang up. they called back asking what I meant, then called back a
