The telephoner claim to be from a tabloid, offering a substantial sum of money in exchange for an exclusive story about high-level corruption.
Company are Domestic & ?? after my credit card details to as they say reimburse myself of an over money sent for a kitchen appliance I have purchased but to verify who I am I need to provide full details of my credit card numbers including the three digit security numbers or they are not able to reimburse myself £149.00 . We have at least 5 call stating that we have over paid more than £400 on cover for domestic appliances. We do not have any cover policy with them, & if we did then they would have our bank details & should be able to pay any money into that account. They did have our address but I did NOT confirm any details.
This numbers phones up regularly. they says he's a arrears agent representing a company squaring off with it's debtors.
Nothing dubious about this number. Belongs to Toyota Northampton. Used when I bought a car from them. Most of their numbers are very similar.

clearly a scam. A pre-recorded message advising of two transactions, one of which was international and worth over £100,000, was asked me to press one to cancel the transaction. I myself hesitated to do so, considering the potential consequences.
