Though I don't know the numbers, it seems like this could be a banking fraud scammer as it's an automatic call, offering you to select to talk with someone who is supposedly from your bank. It's likely that they are trying to gather phishing information or fleece your account.

Someone called me from this phone number saying that my National cover numbers would be cancelled if I did not confirm something. I just got curious to find out what that was all about &pressed 1 of the options, but the connection was so poor that the person who picked the telephone up 1 the other side just hung
