Someone state that they are from BT and their internet seems to be experiencing technical difficulties, but when I said I don't think so, they called me a motherf***er because they couldn't make sense what I was saying. Then, when I asked them to hang up, they hung up!

Just received a ring from this numbers on my office phone. I didn't recognise the numbers so I didn't take the call. I'm glad I didn't having read some of these comments.Always thought that with the new legislation these types of call were illegal!!

01481235062 called two minutes ago....Bt Internet connection down /compromised.. Gave the telephoner the dubious numbers when you log onto this site.. Oh ,and the guy could hardly talk English.....Pakistani or Bangladeshi accent. ( Tameka )

Just had my ring from "Harry".from "BT technical dept" ...telling myself the same old rubbish. This is the 3rd different numbers they have been calling myself from. Just to play along I kept getting him to repeat everything they were saying. They got fed up before I did so they hang

Scammer state to be from British Telecom. Same the usual foreign person who can barely speak English. Trouble with pc etc. They do not give up either. Most people are aware of these calls now. I feel apologies for the people who fall for these con people.

Someone put on to be from BT said someone is using my router. He asked me to turn on the pc so they could guide me on how to fix this. When I asked him just to give me the instructions & I would do later, they refused & insisted it will be quick and to do it now
