Called & spoke to my mother, who does not use computers very much. She said they were from BT & that our router was sending really bad signals. If we did not follow steps they would turned our internet off. My mother was reluctant to do anything so the telephoner started to get verbally aggressive

Just been called by this automatic telephoner saying they are BT & internet phoneline will be disconnected if you don't press 1 or two to not be disconnected or to be disconnected. Doesn't make sense if they are calling you to tell you it's going to be disconnected then give you the choice! Quite

I received a ring from 01628 349218 yesterday morning. It was an automatic ring pertaining to a BT & requesting toDial one to prevent being turned off. I'm worried some people will fall for this & be out of pocket. Numbers has reported to the ICO. Please fall my suit & report all annoyance

01628 349218 phoned whilst I was out of town, my wife answered not knowing fully that I don't have BT anymore, and the router is Sky. Wife put telephone down turned them off. The scammer don't engage with them. Cannot call that number back.
