pre-recorded message, no name of company, saying there were 2 dubious transactions on my account & giving myself the option of pressing "1" to talk to an adviser.
I called to clarify my rental booking.
I received a pre-recorded message from Amazon saying they had detected a suspicious transaction. The message asked me to press "1" to talk to an advisor.

I didn't answer the phone!
They said they were from Virgin Media and people were trying to access my computer .......scam.
I called and hung up when I answered.
