I called my work mobile and they said they were from Carphone Warehouse. When I asked them how they got my numbers they claimed it was from CW files. I said "strange, this is not a CW phone, nor have I had dealings with the company." They hung up!

I got a text from this number putting on to be a failed delivery from the post office. Post office using mobile phones, I think not Plus we have been in all day with two German shepherd dogs neither they nor I heard anyone knock or call the bell.
