Text Phone calls
SMS Message - scammer Not a ring but got a SMS from this number, claims from "Hermes", with what is clearly a not real weblink as they apparently 'missed' myself yesterday in a claim that they tried to deliver something. Told them to p off, that I know it's a scam, to lose my numbers & blocked them.
scam Just had a bombardment pf SMS messages from 07403932086 with a verification code & state to be from BYJU's Futureschool. Then i get a ring from this numbers with an automatic message constantly stating the same thing. have no idea what this crap is & never asked for it.
The SMS tells myself to apply for an National Health Service COVID PASS or I may face a fine. It's clearly some sort of scammer but just to take it further I Googled the site address & it took myself straight into an AMAZON web page. Does AMAZON know that it is being used like this?
pre-recorded Announcement state that called person (not identified in ring context) had responded to an E mail to the alleged claim. telephoner would be willing to repeat E mail on called party pressing N/A on keypad. As no claim submitted by myself ---rang off immediately. Do not believe this ring is UK originated although CLI indicates Reading
I recieved a SMS from ?+44 7544 609484? saying “[EE]:We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, update your billing info via:” i don’t normally receive texts on the day that I recieved this so I’m too suspicious to click on the link that came with the SMS
This company is trying to involve myself in making a personal injury claim for a minor car collision about 4 years ago in which no injury was sustained. MANY texts, telephone call and messages, saying that I MUST telephone them - not even on a free number! If you telephone this number, it is unavailable!
Message sent state to be my child & to block their old numbers & SMS this new numbers from now on. I asked which child & was told to guess... amazingly I guessed the name correctly! (even though I have no kids). I'm guessing this long lost child would probably eventually ask for some money or something...
scammer SCAM scammer Just received a SMS message from this numbers stating that it was Halifax & that a new device had been registered to my account. Did not use my name & the site I had to go to check did not use the correct name but hfax-updatelogin.com. It's a scammer as Halifax would not use this form of its name.
SMS message claims from my daughter explaining her telephone had been dropped & broken. Suggests we delete daughters numbers as this is now the replaced number. Asked her to ring myself from new numbers but reply said the ‘new’ telephone was 2nd hand & the microphone was not working. Separate ring to our daughter confirmed this was a scam. Next step? Ask us to dispatch money? Rate this as a scam.
Came from a numbers that was alleging to be leaving a voice mail, I was available there was no miss caller. It may tried to access Google PLay, I have a couple of bits disabled so got an error message instead. It had an embedded wed address masl .cn (I put the space in, I strongly advise not to use it) As far as I am aware, that is China destination. I could be incorrect with that, so I leave this here for better people than myself to do the research. Make your own mind up but I blocked it. I am
