This number claims to be from the Taunton area, while records show that the company is based in Birmingham. Definitely suspicious.

I was called from 0121 554 8370 who claim to be from virgin media stating that my internet had been highjacked from outside the property. When asking the telephoner questions they was not able to provide adequate info so I ended the ring as I became suspicious as the questions they would have knowledge of by looking at our account details. If this was a genuine ring from virgin media, I suggest they have the details of the account in front of them before they make the call.
Blue Mist technologies called my elderly mother, saying they knew there was a problem with her computer. They persuaded her to pay over £300 for a Premium Plus Plan service package. Note that most elements of their site do not function, & when I called their numbers I got a suspicious sounding person - nothing like a professional service company.
This number is used by sophisticated banking scammers, claiming to be from your banks fraud investigation department, informing you of possible fraudulent account transactions. They usually call with an English Pakistani sounding accent. Part of this scam involves operating (or hacking into) other websites taking bank transfers and/or card debit payments, so they can convince you they are really the bank, by quoting your payment transactions, and also your bank account and/or card details.
