The foreign gentleman state that he is calling from Centrica in Chicago, Illinois. However, Centrica is not calling him from Illinois, as he has been told to do so by the telephone company. It is most likely that the caller is a scammer.

A foreign person on a clearly scammed local telephone number. IP address has been scammed and a Quick support on iPhone has been installed and reported as successful. I didn't but kept her off some other poor soul for 6 minutes. This was really bad.
