The foreign gentleman state that he is calling from Centrica in Chicago, Illinois. However, Centrica is not calling him from Illinois, as he has been told to do so by the telephone company. It is most likely that the caller is a scammer.

A foreign person on a clearly scammed local telephone number. IP address has been scammed and a Quick support on iPhone has been installed and reported as successful. I didn't but kept her off some other poor soul for 6 minutes. This was really bad.

I was driving and thought I might have committed a criminal offense, but as I was in the car I could not press one. Also very wary of scams that could amount to a lot of money if I press the number. Could be legit, but I'm not sure.
