The foreign gentleman stated that he was calling from Centrica in Chicago, Illinois. However, Centrica appears to be calling themselves from Illinois, which is a mystery. The gentleman told them to write to themselves and the telephone went dead, so it's most likely a scam.

A foreign person on the clearly scammed local telephone number. IP address has also been scammed, and a quick support on an iPhone has also failed to fix the issue. I did not but kept her off of some other poor soul for 6 minutes. This was really bad.
