I too got that call. It sounded like Peco Electrics, but it was not clear. They could not say where they got my numbers from, but a short time into the ring I insisted on knowing what was the real annual cost. They responded after a free 14 days, 99p PER DAY,

said it was a scammer looking for money who called her from a medic alert number, she didn't know her name or age, or where she lived. She put the phone down and didn't answer it, it's possible that the scammer was looking for money.

I've had several calls from this number today, including one that threatened problems with my internet and wanting to connect to my computer. BT has had five calls this morning!
