I too got that call. It sounded like Peco Electrics, but it was not clear. They could not say where they got my numbers from, but a short time into the ring I insisted on knowing what was the real annual cost. They responded after a free 14 days, 99p PER DAY,

Scammer ALERT said I was old enough to get a free medic alert, but never actually got round to saying there would be a monthly charge. I said as BT was changing all the phones they wouldn't be usable and put the telephone down.
