Background ring centre noises, but never said anything

Telephone rang. I didn't answer. 1471. unrecognized. voice mail message said my credit credit card had two suspicious payments. I heard it sounds like a scam. I Googled number, which came up as a Tandoori takeaway.
I am a London-based homeowner who recently heard a BBC news story about people's worries about future care costs. I called up Care Costs UK to ask if I should be worried, and they hung up on me when I said I'm a homeowner.
I have not been called by anyone on this number, and I will not say who is calling.
