Dangerous! person Indian-accented voice state that they are from Microsoft and that their computer has had many faults - none of which have been found to be true. They wanted me to turn on my computer to "whatever" and when I refused, they put the telephone down immediately.

The person named Alex said they were from Boston and that their internet connection was the issue. They then clarified it was about their internet connection and said it was probably a scam. They were polite but non-threatening. I'm not sure who they are and I terminated the conversation.
