Telephoning back, I found out that money had been taken from my account. On calling back, an Asian voice mumbled something incoherent, then hung up.

This phone, which was No. 2 on my list of phones to call, called me within 10 minutes of calling myself twice. However, the call disconnected immediately. I don't know who it was.
Claim to be providing ani-bullying books for schools saying that I agreed to pay for this. They then said I could claim it all back as it was educational. When I pressed them who I would claim it back from they hung up.

This morning at 07:30 I had my fourth ring from this number. I had a delay before they spoke to me, then they asked can you hear me? When I said yes, they disconnected. As I have elderly relatives, I imagined there was an emergency.

It appears to be a numbers for a company called Perfect Benefits. Suspect its a phishing ring based on a web form(s) that you complete.
On May 1, 2018, Amazon scammed someone by ringing their phone five times in a row.
I won't be doing anything else than calling them back,since I've been trying to contact them for weeks now and haven't received a response.
