After 20-30 seconds, no one spoke.
I was asked by an unknown person who sounded Scottish how I knew they were from Scotland. I said, "you tell me. You called me." They hung up.
They said they were from Virgin Media and my account had been used, so I contacted them.
The foreign sounding voice telling me that they were from BT and that they had received information that my phone or landline was not operating correctly. When I questioned who they were, they hung up.
Do not miss the ring so don't know who it is. The rating is nil and the number is deleted.
The call was inaudible, and the person hung up.

I asked the person with a southern English accent if they could talk to someone in charge of quality control, when I asked her specifically, she said she could talk to the person in charge of the ISO. I again said I did not know what they meant, and she hung up.
