Phoned at 7.30am, did not answer.

This number called three times including early morning, but no message left.
Phoned bank with pre-recorded message saying that they were my bank (did not say which bank) & had stopped a £600 suspicious transaction abroad. To press one on my phone, I did’nt.
I don't know who this person is, but I'm thinking it might be a sales phoneline because there were many people speaking at once.
The scammer is a person who makes use of deception in order to take advantage of someone.
Some guy with an accent speaking about a United Kingdom government scheme for something or other hung up when I said I didn't know what it was. A scammer, perhaps?
The ring centre clearly had been hung up on my partner yesterday. I spoke to myself today and didn't hang around in case it was another double glazing scam.
Numbers called and said they were from the Conservation electricity company Agency. The lady talked so quickly I could not make sense her something about a loan for the forthcoming electricity company bill rises. I thought this was a scammer so asked her to put her advice/request in writing.
This unrequested telephoner supposedly to be from Aberdeen Investments but on checking with that company it has been established that they are a telemarketer.
I have now had enough of these people state that they are from Microsoft. Despite repeated reports to this site & requests to them not to ring me, they persist. Having reached the end of my tether, I told this person to B****r Off and hang up.
