The call was screened by the phone's answering machine before it was allowed to be connected, but it is unknown who this is and whether or not they hung up on the call. It is hard to say for sure, but it seems like an innocent misdial.

The caller ID on the phone says it's from BT. They seem to be from the United Kingdom, but they clarify it's about my internet connection. It's probably a scammer, so I've terminated the conversation. They were polite, but they're unlikely to be the person they claim to be.

Questionable 01206 numbers that have started to ring on mobile. Never answer as unknowns are blocked from calling etc. There must be some sort of scammer going on as this isn't the only numbers added to this area code & on checking they're all from the same area. Be careful
