I received a difficult-to-understand phone call on my mobile number. The accent was difficult to understand, and I couldn't make sense of what they were saying. They didn't try to talk more clearly, but just kept talking. I hung up and blocked the number.

Numbers belong to Ovo Electricity Company / Corgi Homeplan. It is a trusted source. Numbers is a variant of their normal consumer service number. Not dangerous.
