When I answered the phone, the numbers kept coming up as not in service, and when I called back, the line was busy.
The BT representative said they didn't want any money, just wanted to help with my router and tell her I didn't have internet, so they wanted to know about my mobile telephone. However, the representative said they gave up after finding out I had a mobile phone.
I picked up the telephone when I got out of the bath and there was no 1 there, so I knew it was a cold call. I called it back, but no 1 answered.

This is a scammer - a fake message pretends to be from your bank and to have blocked a money sent to western union. Connects through to someone who will try to get you to give them your bank and personal details for the scam. Action Fraud and Mobile Network have reported this to them.
This was a scammer ring state to be from Take Action, an organization that provides cover for domestic appliances.
A definite scammer went on about a court case due to my failure to do something about my National cover numbers quoting a case reference and numbers. Ha ha
