This is a scammer - automatic ring pretends to be from your bank and to have blocked a money sent to western union. Connects through to someone who will try to get you to give them your bank and personal details for the scam. Action Fraud and Mobile Network have reported this to them.
This was a scammer ring state to be from Take Action, an cover company for domestic appliances that was set up to scam people.
