foreign gentleman said to be calling from Centrica in Chicago, Illinois. It's quite why Centrica would be calling me from Illinois is a bit of a mystery? I told them to write to myself and the telephone went dead, so most likely a scammer call.

This pre-recorded message says it's from "fraud department" and it was played along and it was pressed two to talk to someone. The person answered with "how can I help you?" I asked which bank they were from, and then I asked which bank they were from using a local number.
