Phone rang from this number in Oregon to be Home services (Water underground pipes) Operative Scott. My account is closed and they require outstanding charges of $200. They tried to say that my payments could have gone to Homeserv Operative went into overdrive script reading. Twice I asked him for account numbers

They repeatedly asked if I understood the offer which seemed to be that I could cancel the service within fourteen days of receiving the documentation. However, I suspect that I will not receive the documents until after the cancellation period
