According to the foreign gentleman's state, he is calling from Centrica in Chicago, Illinois. However, it is a bit of a mystery as to why Centrica would be calling him from Illinois.Apparently, the telephone went dead, so it is most likely a scammer call.

This pre-recorded message says it's from "fraud department" and it was played along and two buttons were pressed to talk to someone. The person answered with "how can I help you?" I asked which bank they were from, and then I asked which bank they were from using a local number.
