It is a scammer offering myself local electricity company deal. They cannot verify any details of it's legitimacy.

I'm not with the promotion company, and my ee mobile needs renewing. I've told them three times over one week.
Some people called from this number but were not prepared to leave a polite message, explaining what they wanted, who they were, and why they were calling.
Called & hang up. The call could have been from an incorrect number or it could have been used to mask a fraudsters so that the caller remains undisclosed.
Someone I do not know sent me an unrequested ring to my mobile, but did not leave a message- it's suspicious!
The foreign gentleman said he was from Carphone Warehouse. He just hung up when I mentioned the TPS.

The South Asian sounding person in a noisy environment tried to convince me that they were from BT and my router was sending them messages to say that I wasn't getting the best speed possible and they was going to help myself improve it. I told her they were a fraudsters and she should be ashamed of herself.
I hang up without listening to the pre-recorded message. Its a scammer.
