Inquiring about past timeshare involvement, offering a Zoom ring to discuss potential compensation claims. Totally trying to scammer me.

A ring to say someone had done a. Western Union charge on my account, the front half of the message was lost, but it was clearly someone trying to get into my account.

Amazon-related pre-recorded info asking 'press 1' etc. - scammer
Phoned an elderly resident and told them they were from Virgin. Asked for bank details and got the lady to download an app which accessed her banking detail online. The app was very genuine.
Trying to sell mobilitics, or any other type of security, can be a challenge.
After putting the receiver down, I say, "I have already said hello," and then put the phone back in its cradle.
If you don't press 1 now, you will be arrested. So I didn't press one and I haven't been arrested! Is it a scam?

When the phone rang, no one spoke and then the phone hung up.
The Indian guy said he was a tax collector and I have unpaid taxes on my self-employed company. I am disabled and don't work or do I own a company. I got cut off, tried calling back got no answer.
I didn't answer the call and didn't call back so I don't know what the call was about, but I'm pretty sure I don't have anyone in Cambridge.
If I didn't press 1 and the number didn't connect, they said they would arrest me for fraud.
