I phoned this numbers back. The prerecorded message stated 1 of their agents would ring myself back. I guess it was a cold ring for double glazing etc.

Virgin Media Scam. Operator had poor connection, asked myself to install an app on my mobile telephone to help blocker others to use my wifi, it's a scam. Probably tracking app, or taking control over the device. Stay away. Be safe. Scammers use Motherwell telephone number.
