Yet another local electricity company money saving telephoner This time 175 miles from me! When questioned they hang up!
calling myself each week but I never answer numbers that I dont know. Sounds like a scam.

person Asian voice telephoner said they was from EE. I asked if they knew what the TPS was. I asked him to explain it. they hang up!

I didn't leave a message on the phone, went to answerphone.
I called myself on my mobile on December 23rd and December 24th. I picked up the phone and they asked about the upgrade. I asked them how they got my numbers and then I put the telephone down. I ignored the ring on my mobile on December 24th.
Received a ring from this number with a pre-recorded scammer message from Amazon.
When my answer telephone kicked in, I heard a telephoning sound, but the telephone was silent. I believe this to be a scammer caller.
The person on the other side of the phone started to say Hello, then went silent.
The scammer said they wanted to book my car for MOT as it was due on 22 nov 2021, but I declined because the car wasn't due for MOT until September 2022.
A technical support scammer is a person who uses technical support services to scam others.
There is a possibility of a vishing attempt.
They are calling themselves Amazon platform to help you invest, possible scam

I received a letter in a different name from Dawn Taylor at sellmypropertyportfolio.co.uk with this numbers on. I live in a council house.
Just had a telephone call from this number automatic voice state to be from Amazon, and also claim to be Daniel saying that I bought something for over £500 and asking myself to press one or two. I hung up.
Claim to represent my visa debit card. Passed myself to person who asked name then claim to be finding out about fraudulent debits on my account. Did not put myself through security. I ended call, suspicious.
The supposed from virgin internet was found to be false.
The recorded message on my phone sounds like a scam.
I told the person on the other end that I use their name on my other email address, but they didn't live here. The strange thing is, when I called the number back, it didn't ring, and it just cut me off.
A blind person was not requested to make a call.
