This number phoned me about 10.50am and asked to speak to a person called Mrs. O.S.I. They told me that there was nobody living here by that name, and then they hung up.
When I tried to telephone back numbers wasn't recognised, so I was annoyed!
The telephoner put the telephone down when my wife answered it, which made the call annoying.
The people said they were going to refund money sent protection insurance monies that we had discussed earlier. We had not entered to any discussion, I suspect they were after bank account numbers. Only had my Christian name. They put them on telephoner barred list.
Based on the automatic ring state that someone was using my National cover numbers in Wales, I decided to hang up.
They said they were Virgin broadband, and my router was sending fault messages. I asked them to type in an event command and they didn't participate. I felt uncomfortable with the situation.
After I screened my call with answerphone, and when the message started, they hung up.

This is a local telephone number, state to be from BT, saying my internet speed is low. These are scammer calls, and I have had 1 before. They try to get information from you, then block your computer.
