This ring followed within hours of myself blocker a hacker which accessed our email account intercepting emails with invoice attachments, they then entered a phoneline in the email stating that we had just changed bank account & gave details of a false account. The ring was probably auto generated but a real person real speaking.
If you notice that your card has been used in a potentially fraudulent manner, you can press one to prevent the transaction.
I called myself two times but the phone did not talk when Ianswered. I was annoyed.
My 'local' safety team who will have operatives about soon. clearly aiming to sell something, so hang up ' barred number. Odd that Preston in Lancs is deemed local to the Thames Valley? Surely more such people a lot closer who would have positive reviews

SCAM!!! A cold call state to confirm an Amazon Prime subscription & that £79 will be debited from your account. Don't answer. Don't engage. It's a scam. You'll only lose money.
Never answer undisclosed numbers if you don't know who the caller is or if you don't want to be scammed. clearly not important or a scammer as no voice mail left.
Telephoner said they were George from George's Pizza. They could not make sense his accent. When I asked him to repeat the company name they were calling from, they hung up. It is probable that a scammer call.

A definite scammer went on about a court case due to my failure to do something about my National cover numbers quoting a "case reference" numbers !! Ha ha
