They said that they were going to refund money sent protection insurance monies that we had discussed earlier. We had not entered to any discussion, I suspect they were after bank account numbers. Only had my Christian name. They put them on telephoner barred list.

It then prompted me to start clicking on my keypad to interact with the service at which point I hung up
