I did not answer the call. The number has not called back (7 days now) but the call was placed on my phone.
The ring originated from Russia!
The automatic voice did not bother calling back, which was a relief.

This pre-recorded message says it's from "fraud department" and it was played along and two were pressed to talk to someone. Person answered with "how can I help you?" I asked which bank they were from, and then I asked which bank they were from using the local numbers.
