This is a local telephone number, state to be from BT, saying that my internet speed is low. These are scammer calls, and I have had 1 before. They try to get information from you, and then block your computer.

This number called my landline, which I did not request, but which the telephoner introduced himself as Alex from the Medical Alert Service and said that they had been told that I might be eligible for a medical alert pendant, free of charge. They then straight away asked if I was over 50,
