We are not BT customers, so we ended the call.
I threatened myself with saying they knew where I lived when I said I would inform the police, if I did not renew my warranty.
Now the time wasters are fabricating their numbers to reflect the area they are randomly dialling to. Picked up telephone to be informed that my router has been compromised. Was not able to keep him busy though as they called off after two minutes with myself playing dumb. Next.
This number called today and said that you had been charged £85 for this call. We tried to hang up immediately, but it was difficult to disconnect the call..

The ring was made of fibreglass loft insulation.
I received a ring from this number on my mobile. I did answer it, but there was no one on the other end so I have no idea who was calling.
Don't believe them when they say that their from online Clime!
The phone has been trying to ring a numbers of times, but always sends to voicemail. Often in the early hours of the morning. It never leaves a voicemail.
Answered but phone line is quiet. No breathing, bleeping or any sound so hang up and blocked
Called my home telephone but when I answered, I was told there was no 1 to take my call. I found numbers that appeared to be local to me, but they were actually faked.
They said they were HMRC. .. tried getting personal info before the phone line went dead.
It was very easy to use the ring and it was very helpful. On this occasion, the ring was just a nuisance.

Assuming the scam is true, it would be interesting to note money transfers from the account.
I stated this is not a scammer call. I put the telephone down straight away. There was no reply.
Called me, knew my name, the last 4 digits of my card, person telephoner said they were from my Bank FRAUD TEAM, gave a name of Daniel, asked for my full bank credit card account numbers & sort code, they got themselves to repeat it numerous times, & date of
This prerecorded message says it's from "fraud department" and it was played along and two to talk to someone. Person answered with "how can I help you?," I asked which bank they were from, and then I asked which bank they were from using a local number.
