I do not use Virgin Media service, and so have concluded that the caller is a scammer. I have been told that the call was from the Virgin Media technical department. I have never used Virgin Media, so I can't say for sure that this call is from them. The caller may have hung up

Called me, knew my name, the last four digits of my card, the person telephoner said they were from my Bank Fraud Team, gave a name of Daniel, asked for my full bank credit card account numbers and sort code, they got me to repeat it numerous times, and date of birth
