called three times in less than a minute - didn't pick up & they left no messages. samsung/Hiya marked it as suspected spam orginated in abingdon & I have no connections there.
Claim to be from a mobile provider, offering deals on phones. But hard to verify, as it could be a scammer ring centre.
Sounded like a ring centre with lots of chatter in the background, but they were acting weird, so I assumed it's just scammers.

The call was terminated because the person purporting to be from BT was not authorized to speak with me about my Internet connection and devices, and the accent couldn't make sense what was being said.
This number is a scammer and he is trying to steal your money.
I called at 730am to state that I had overpaid my tax and wanted to give myself a refund. When I asked for her name and numbers to be able to verify who I was speaking to, they put the telephone down on me.
A pre-recorded message state that the Visa Card is asking me to confirm a very large money transfer.
After I received the ring from the Asian sounding lady state, I was suspicious and decided to press one to go to the Amazon security. However, since the ring was from the Abingdon area, I was afraid that it was a fake.

After asking personal questions, I refused to answer the phone. The caller asked what they were calling for, and I didn't answer. They then became very aggressive and said they wouldn't do that. They were told that I wouldn't have numbers blocked if I kept them on the list.

I hang up after receiving a pre-recorded message from my national cover number suspension.
This number called our landline number at 10:11am today, 18th June 2021. No one spoke - it was very annoying and needed reporting.
