Joke Phone calls
I keep getting calls from this number, but no one answers. What is the point of calling if no one speaks? It's getting past a joke. Something should be done about it.
They keep calling the incorrect person; it's possible they're jokers.
This joker called out of the blue on my home telephone but knew my name (presumably data they bought from online companies who pretend about sell data on). They said they knew I was shareholder in a plc that they were interested in buying - I own 10 shares valued at £1 (Korry).
This number called itself on my mobile, had a foreign voice with a lot of sound in the background. I thought it was a joke because of the silly way they kept saying my name. I have tried ringing it, but it's not working.

These companies can still get away with this ten times today, it's an absolute joke that they can still make such a fool of themselves.

I have not received calls from these numbers or others in similar fashion for some time, but I joined TPS last week and I have had very few calls since. However, by law I should not be receiving calls from these companies now.

Silly girls laughing who knew my name and address then hang up, likely jokers but could be very intimidating. Numbers does not exist when you try & dial it.

Claim to be from Microsoft said my computer was being hacked. I asked for a numbers to verify the ring - declined to give myself a numbers. gave myself a serial numbers for my computer when I declined to continue with the ring. They became abusive. The company keeps trying to get a car loan in my name and the documents are constantly sent to me, but I never receive the verification code to dispatch the code to. Jokes on them though because no one is going to approve them for a car loan because my credit is crap.
This number rings itself a few times a day when I pick up no one says nothing jokes.
After listening back to the voice message, the person found it difficult to believe it was actually from these jokers. They had a difficult time believing that they would save the message for next time.

I have now put these numbers on my reject list, but they keep calling because I get a message to say I have had more miss call from them. Calling then two minutes later calling again has been like this for every hour since 9am. This is a joke!

I received an automatic ring from 02085525022 purporting to be from BT telling me they were going to disconnect my home telephone and broadband. I was a bit of a joke, I'm not with BT.
The scammer called yesterday and said they were from BT and the telephone and internet would be disconnected if I didn't pay my bill. Joke? I had to press one to not think so so its doing the rounds again.
Getting beyond a joke is necessary if one wants to understand it.
I asked the foreign person how was calling and said it was credit investigation services. I told him they had the wrong numbers and I was lying. I told myself I would call him back tomorrow.
