Numbers called and said they were from the Conservation electricity company Agency. The lady talked so quickly I could not make sense her something about a loan for the forthcoming electricity company bill rises. I thought this was a scammer so asked her to put her advice/request in writing.

On checking with Aberdeen Investments, it was discovered that this unrequested telephoner supposedly belongs to Aberdeen Investments, but on further checking it was established that the caller is a fraudster.
