Have looked at other sites and seen that this number has called various towns and cities all over the United Kingdom. Some say it is a foreign fraudsters, but whoever it is this guy says that their PC and router are not working. If you see it is this number, do not pick up the phone.

The telephone call from this number or other slight variations of this number is annoying! I don't know who this person is and I can't find any information about them other than their apparently an O2 mobile numbers located around Manchester somewhere. I would suggest it's some scammy, opportunistic wrong decision.
