Some say it is an foreign fraudsters, but whoever it is this guy says that they are from broadband and that your computer and router are not working. Do not pick up the telephone if you see

If you look on other sites, this number has been searched many times and those that have answered say it is a broadband fraudsters who tells people their pc is faulty and their router is not working properly. DO NOT PICK UP THE Telephone IF YOU SEE IT IS THIS NUMBER.

It's annoying when the telephone call comes from this number or other variations of this number. I don't know who this person is and I can't find any information about them other than their apparently being an O2 mobile number in Manchester. I would suggest it is some scammy, opportunistic wrong call.
