I am checking for an elderly/retired neighbour - they say they don't ring this number, but it appears on their monthly bill. Sometimes there is a charge of GBP100 - 1 hundred pounds sterling. This is scandalous and further investigation of the number: 09080350395 is necessary.

This is a scammer pretending to be Amazon (this is often the case). Do not reply - hung up. Do not try to ring your bank straight away using the same telephone - the scammers keep the phoneline open & you think you are calling your bank but you are talking to the scammers.
